CPR and First Aid
Our CPR and First Aid training program includes both Heartsaver CPR and First Aid combined all in one class.
The Heartsaver First Aid course provides training in basic first-aid procedures -- including the first-aid skills recommended by OSHA -- in a format that can be delivered in a single day. It also offers elective modules in CPR, AED, and environmental emergencies.
Its highly effective video-based-instruction format enables students to experience case-based scenarios in a realistic setting. Instructors introduce a topic, then show a video segment to present cases for discussion or to demonstrate a particular skill. Students then practice the skill in small groups.The Heartsaver First Aid course is specially designed to train anyone who might be the first to respond in the workplace or community, and can be tailored to address the needs of a specific workplace or group of employees.
Along with Heartsaver CPR the class teaches the basics of First Aid including General Principles, Medical Emergencies, and Injury Emergencies. You may add in the optional AED ( Automated External Defibrillator) class for a complete training seminar.
Time 6 Hours depending on class size.

Student workbook is required for the class.
Books may be purchased for $14.00 or you may supply your own.
